Recently joined a few months ago on the 1.6Gbps package (amazing stuff btw!). At the time there was no option for TV unfortunately. I received an email to say I can try TV for £1 a month for 6 months. When I click on the link it redirects me to a order page for broadband that's £25 a month more expensive than what I'm currently paying, this is before I can select any TV offers.
Is it possible to maybe change my package but add TV? I thought I could manage with freeview but it's just not cutting it.
Apologies if this isn't the correct place, would be grateful if one of the the lovely people from EE could assist or point me in the right direction!
