Hi,
I'm having the same broadband connection problems too. It's very frustrating as I often work from home and lose connection during online meetings and whilst I am wirking. I miss parts of calls and it's annoying to have to keep logging back in.
I would like to do a full check so that this can be resolved.

@Babecat : This is a v. old thread over 1.5 years old. You'd do better starting your own thread & explaining your issues.
What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed? Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)?
