why do i keep getting reminder phone calls when someone leaves a message on my ee digital home phone voicemail. I can not find how to change this!

@Mummaf "If you have Premium Voicemail you'll receive a call to notify you of any new messages." you may be unable to turn off the feature..

Go to 1571..listen to saved messages ...then select option 3...and turn off message alerts...bingo
