It has now been nearly 72 hours without broadband service, with no clear communication or updates provided. The app states the issue would be resolved by 17:12, yet it's now 23:53, and the service is still down. While I understand technical issues can arise, the complete lack of updates or notifications is unacceptable. A simple message or status update would have gone a long way in managing expectations. This level of service is disappointing
