Hello I recently moved from BT to EE. I had buffering on the TV so I checked online and followed the instructions. The EE website informed me that and l quote "
So I followed this up and spoke to a very helpful man who did several checks and restarts & said that everything is OK and sorted. however having done the same test on the EE website I'm presented with the same message again..... l quote.....
So who can help with improving my connection???

What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed? Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)?
