No WiFi connection

I have an issue with my WiFi. It is connected fine according to EE. Yet it won't let me onto my WiFi. Says I have to contact my broadband provider. ( yes my bills have been paid) has anyone else had this issue? How was it resolved?

More questions than answers here, to be honest! First off, is your home broadband supplied by EE? I will assume yes.

What do you mean by "it is connected fine according to EE"? Same question for "it won't let me log onto my WiFi"? Whom or what is "it"?

Is this problem affecting all portable devices using your home broadband?

What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed? Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)?
