the phone attached to the adaptor rarely has a dialling tone, unless i unplug, replug in the adaptor. engineer visited, ee refreshed the networ. it lasted only a week. now, a long , long wait to speak to someone

How do I connect my smart home devices to an EE smart hub. I keep getting messages that I'm trying to connect 2.4 gh devices to a 5gh wifi. Is it even possible or is the smart hub effectively useless.
