Hi guy's quick question if have the EE smart hub and smart WiFi plus both have solid aqua lights on both hub & wifi box just it's just not showing up on the EE app its telling me to set up smart WiFi plus I've tried to pair it again with the hub both go solid aqua just can't see it on my app.

@TROOTERDIV Smart wireless switched off run a speed test, note the result, turn it on wait couple minutes until it gets aqua, phone wifi off, then back on hope it latches to the smart wireless, speed test again, note the result.

App may just be messing and not showing you what is going on, web to the hub 192.168.1.254 and see if it's showing connected on that!

Ye that worked pal thank you it come up on the  app now it's showing 0 days 0 hours 3min also saying to close it hasn't moved .

@TROOTERDIV To close mean's the smart wireless could do with being further away from the main router, but honestly the app etc leaves a lot to be desired with respect to what it tells you, if working fine leave it alone, as long as you get speed required at your furthest point that the booster will be enhancing.
