Help with answerphone

@Jo027 The link below is to the digital home phone service, suspect that the EE voicemail is picking up before your own answering machine can cut in and get it, you need to extend the EE Voicemail to the maximum rings so that your own device can get and answer. You will see how to do so with the link. Any problems let us know.👍

I have successfully selected 10 rings before the voicemail kicks in. But this still gives inadequate time for we older users in a large house to answer the phone. We simply want to to turn off the voicemail entirely and are very disappointed that having been encouraged to change from a lifetime with BT we now miss calls and have a worse service.  I can find no way on the EE site to register our complaint and ask for voicemail to be turned off.  Can anyone help?  Why don't EE let you raise a complaint?

@JohnRMB Below you will see how to raise a complaint, but for sure EE will not turn off the DV Voicemail service as they are now playing hardball with it, also take a look on the Home Services Digital Home Phone section for previous postings on the subject.
