Hi All,
The first step in adding a broadband into your EE app is to enter the EE Account Number - which I found in my initial contract with EE. On step number 2 I need to enter the Billing Account Number which I can't identify anywhere, and when I try to access bill and payments section - an error message is displayed that the page is not accessible at the moment (for a long time). Can anyone advise me if Billing Account Number and Account Number are different and where I can identify it.

There's only 1 a/c no. with a BB a/c. It's called "Account Number" of the form "GB" followed by 8 digits.
