EE have issued an £85 charge to my account for not returning the router this was returned promptly using their label and packaging provided! after 2 months the receipt was chucked away as assumed it was all good!
this was immediately sent back in the original box and everything with all the kit as we upgraded the router so why would we keep an old one?
On top of all this they’ve done something with my online account and I can’t even access anything or view my bills! I’m really unhappy!
