I have reset the phone and pressed the wps button several times on the hub but they don’t seem to connect.

@JamesTribe What router do you have? Is it new service that you have started and are you sure that landline service was included, if not then the phone will never connect!

@JamesTribe Couple of other points, the contacts are stored on your BT Smarthub2, so you need to export them from that to import to the EE or you will have to re add them all manually, the Alexa service also does not work on the EE DV side, but do think that it was also not working with the BT hub also at the end.

I've just experienced this myself. From everything I've learned you have to ring EE and they will switch your phone over from BT as it is still registered there and not recognised on the new EE hub.
