Spurious phone call to myself

I have DV with one Alexa DV phone, and four legacy DECT phones whose base station goes through a Digital Adapter.

So nothing plugged into the router.

Today I had a call, missed it (my fault), picked it up on 1571 on one of the DECT extension phones, listened, called the caller back - by dialling, not ringback, spoke, hung up, all good.

A few minutes later, all the phones rang again, I picked it up on the DECT base station phone, nobody there, and the Caller Id was our own number.

This is the third time this has happened; I’m not sure of the exact details of the earlier examples, but they were both after using 1571.

Anything known?

@Midnight_Voice Little off topic question and did not want to ask you the direct way, helping a OP on the BB side, sick off his BT Smarthub2 and looking to go Tp-Link that should not be an issue, but has EE TV, so that is not my forte, but having a quick look if he is Ethernet connected with the EE TV side will it be an OK to do, wireless different issue. Any advise helps. JIm
