I recently visited EE shop and increased my data allowance to 5GB, I'm  sim only after having a contract for well over 25 yrs. I now find my phone has no connection, can only phone which basically means a waste of time???

extremely unhappy with  this especially at this time of year shopping,communication etc 

unsatisfied customer ( may very well look elsewhere)

getting no satisfaction from EE on line /phoning

Sim-Only is still a contract. You sure you are not on PAYG?

What response to you get if you text BALANCE to 150?

Is it mobile data you're having issues with, or your home WiFi?

Hi ,I’ve been having issues with my phone connecting when my contract ended in July. As soon as I leave my home and go locally my phone loses connection and does not return until I return home.
I did change to sim only about 2mths ago and thought I would get the same actions on my phone( as promised). After struggling with it for a few weeks called into to shop and was informed I didn’t have enough Gb so signed up to get 5GB ........ told it would take a few days before loaded to my phone ,but, it is now day 12 and I still am no better.....
Still waiting frustratingly
