I need to get through to EE a spend cap was put on my phone without my consent. Even though I have unlimited data, minutes and texts ?? So why.
I now have no way of communication other that via WhatsApp or WiFi and can’t contact them. I can’t call 150 and I have on my account blocked access as “I’m not the bill payer” even though I am!!!
This is the most ridiculous set up.
is there a way I can have someone from EE call me?

My phone isn’t letting me text either. Not to EE never heard of anything more ridiculous!!!
now have to take myself to London to a shop as none near me and I don’t drive. Fuming 😞

@Smitmai A spend cap stops you from getting a much high bill than normal should you go outside of your allowance ie premium rate numbers.
