Delayed insurance claim and been given a date for a week later on

Hi, I’ve lost my phone! I requested a claim on the same day but i don’t know why they’re delaying the claim in the name of review. It’s a very tough time without a phone in this world

@Faizan9  Because the insurance is going to have to pay out to cover the cost of a replacement device.
