Good morning, I have had the gamers bundle broadband installed and it is meant to come with Xbox game pass, I still not received it yet? Was wondering when this will happen, the WiFi has been installed

Have you received any text messages or emails about it? Please make sure to check your spam/junk folder to make sure the email didn't make its way there.

@Tomll20 Has your broadband been activated for more than 14 days?
If you login to ee.co.uk and go to Plans and Subscriptions> Manage> Manage Gaming do you see the Xbox Game pass?

No it hasn't but I do remember the conversation now when I ordered it, it be after 14 days so I do apologise for this. The game pass does not show yet just ask me to shop for them. But I'm happy to wait for the 14 days

@Tomll20 Ah no worries once the 14 days is over check back in that section and hopefully should see the Xbox Game Pass there to add which will then take you to login to your Microsoft account and link it to the offer to complete activation.

Hello,
I am having this same issue. I signed up for the Xbox Series X Digital 24m Bundle including Xbox ultimate game pass 2 weeks ago today. When I go to ee.com/xbox and put my number in to activate the pass, it does not show. I have attempted to speak to someone on the phone but can never get through or get to the right department.
Could you advise please? Apologies, I cant seem to figure out how to create my own post.

I am sorry you have been unable to activate your Xbox Game Pass. In this instance it would be our technical team you would need to speak to in order to check the Game Pass is active on your number and if not help get it added.
When calling if you select option 1 to get the text link, then open the link select Technical> EE ID and TNT Sports as that is the nearest category for this issue and enter in the message what you need help with and one of our guides should give you a call to help get it sorted.
