TNT Wont activate - technical issue error message after entering PIN

Hi,

Finding this very frustrating as 150 can't help after multiple calls, they just end up putting me through to TNT who say it's an EE issue. Discovery plus also say its an EE issue.

Ive tried everything suggested on here.

Cleared cache, different browser, private relay off, vpn off, using mobile data, using desktop, resetting discovery plus password.

Nothing works, so im paying for something I can't use.

Is there anything I can try that I haven't already?

I am sorry to hear you are having an issue activating your TNT Sports, it does sound like you have checked most things it is possible to do without account access already. 

Just to confirm you have added this as an add-on to your mobile bill and it is showing active in your list of active add-ons? What does texting SPORT to 150 report back? 

You get the error page straight away after confirming the PIN at ee.co.uk/tntsports? What is the error message you get?

I've been having similar issues since November 2024. Unfortunately, EE is incapable of fixing this known issue (known since at least 2023).
