pay by direct debit card the card is out of date end of this month

You should be able to update your debit card by logging into your account.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

@rpaul4808 : Your Visa debit card is not used for your DD which is based solely on your banking details. If your bank a/c hasn't changed you have no need to revise your DD even when you receive a new Visa debit card.
