Hi, I am being charged for both a £5 and £15 subscription to my credit card, but only the £5 subscription is coming up on my account. How do I figure out what the £15 is about?

I changes my plan 2 days after ives paid my bill , they have now decided to charge me 2 months saying they work in advance. , well if I changed it 2 days after I paid my bill then it should be 1 month and 2 days not 2 months , been with these 8 years...
