I'm not eligible for upgrade yet can I get early upgrade I need a new handset I've broken mine, what do I have to pay please

@Hotpoint84  Look your online account it usually displays what you’ll heed to pay to upgrade early.  You also have to have a more costly tariff than you do now.   This early upgrade fee isn’t the fee to pay off your contract and if you did that you can have any tariff you want.  And to pay off your contract you’ll need to call customer services,  but as a rough guide that will be your monthly fee X number of months left in your contract. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
