Hi can some please help and advise how I actually make a complaint
as in the mechanics, which page/option as all I keep finding is people wanting to make a complaint but no advice on how to
ive tried messaging on the app even calling but to no avail
any help would be appreciated

You can make a formal complaint to EE & if you don't get satisfaction after 8 weeks you can take it to EE's ADR provider. See Complaints code of practice and here is the Complaints Form at the foot of the page.
