Hi
my contract ended on 23/11/22 account shows that I’m unable to upgrade at this time. This is only recently happened as people I could see the dates and cost to upgrade early.
Is it because I asked for a pac code?

Yes, by requesting your PAC you have signalled your intention to cancel. Either wait for PAC to expire (30 days) or ask CS to cancel it.
