I'm struggling to pay my bill, im 5 months into my contract, ive contacted customer services and they are no help at all, ive asked about cancelling my contract and even returning the the phone, i'm getting no help at all from EE...

I have contacted EE customer service twice.. and have had no offer of help..  just told that if I don't pay it will go against my credit rating...

This shouldn't be the case, @Spb67.

 

If you ask to speak with our collections team as it mentions in the support article, they will be able to help you before this happens.

I have called customer services twice since and just told my only option is to pay a cancellation fee of over £700 .. which they don't seem to understand that if Im struggling with £49 how can I afford £700..

 

EE are no help at all,

Talking to a 17yrs old who has no idea, just reading from a script...

Ps
get in touch button in section 'Start conversation' button will appear in a few moments during opening hours don't work for some reason. Tried during opening hours with different browsers as well.
That is why I'm asking for an email.
