has anyone been able to get on the ee website to see their contract status i cant seem to get into it to see how long i have left on my contract this year,i know it ends back end of this year but the website always shows a fault

The information should be in the Plans & Subscriptions section of your EE Online account.

Look in your online MyEE under Home > Plans & Subs > Plan Details.
