@Ter-leigh , This is not customer service, you will have to ring them and speak to them, we do not know who you are and have no account access, this is a public forum, where customers help and staff sometimes get a look in, but will still not be able to help, as this is account related, so you need to speak to them urgently, otherwise your account will be suspended until you sort this out.
