hi guys,
so i read that bt broadband customer s are supposed to get a discount on ee i ordered a pay months sim but i have not receive this discount for being a bt broadband customer and i have had no emails or anything included with my sim to say how i get this discount.

also i'm just on the phone to your agent but im told i only get a discount if i switch my broadband over to ee, thats not whats the advertisements so. an di do not want to switch my broadband. this is false advertising if that's the case then i will just cancel the mobile order and stay with my current network.

All our domestic broadband customers are being moved over to EE.

that wasn't what i asked, i clealry asked about the discount for being a bt braodband customer its advertised as 30% discount and theres no need for me to switch to ee until im ready.
so if someone at the company can answer and resolve my issue that would be great you can't advertise one thing and then not give the customer what advertised.
not a very good experience for a new customer or giving me a good impression of ee if they are not being honest and not honoring what's advertised.
so if you can escalate this please as this is a complaint im not happy with

Sorry if there has been any confusion. Existing BT Broadband customers joining EE on a Pay Monthly SIM plan are entitled to a 30% discount on the monthly plan price and double data, so it should be available for you when you click on any eligible plan deal.
When you placed your order, did it show the plan was eligible for 30% discount on a banner at the top in Yellow?

as i already said im an exisitng bt customer on braodband so im due to get a 30% discount on my monthly sim.
the bt link just takes you to youe wepgae were there anore nor terms for this .
so ate you goign to sorts this becacuse its false advertsing if your not honouring this i thihk i iwll need to be sending a complaint in thw the ombudsman regarding this also becasue one agent said i can only get discount if i swtich over to ee another said you can only get 10% discount it seems your being very dishinest with people.
as i said id like this matter escalated please as this is not a good look for your company especially when your wanting to switch people over from bt i do not feel i trust ee at this moment with difficulties already as a new customer.
so please escalate this or i need to sending a complaint to the ombudsman on this matter it seems im not the only customer to face issues with you going by these forums.
as a person with disability i'm not going to keep going round in cirlcles with people or keep calling either for my own health so id appreciate you have this resolved and escalated to your ceo/ executive team please
