Hello
Wonder if you can please assist.
My wife, Christine took out an account with EE many years ago for her mobile phone no: ***********
I then purchased a mobile no: *********** which was added to Christine's account.
Recently I had a problem with my phone, so I took it to our local EE shop and while there the sales assistant offered us a deal on our broadband etc , e-mail and phone landline which were with BT on the basis of moving these to EE since we understand BT are moving these to EE anyway. This we agreed to and EE subsequently installed a New router & TV box in our home early last month.
The main problem is that I have received an E-Mail and Text from EE for our first broadband bill but I am unable to access it because our account is in Christine's name therefore we wish to know if EE account for both Mobiles/Broadband etc can be transferred to my name.
Thanks in anticipation for your help and await your reply.
Regards
Gordon

Hi @christinemuir 😊
Welcome to the EE Community!
We do indeed offer the option to change account ownership, but our team will need to run through a few checks before putting this through.
Am I correct in thinking that the broadband is in your name, but the mobile is in Christine's or are both of these under Christine's name?
Peter

EE provides no email service. So it can't be moved from BT to EE. However BT should allow you to retain theirs.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP
