Hi , my account has been suspended due to not paying the promise to pay on time which i already have discussed with an ee advisor that i might need more time.. i cannot call or text ee and i am not able to recieve no incoming calls either so what can i do? As i have been to the ee shop few times aswell and they said they could not help me.
i’ve paid for my flex pay and i have paid for my broadband. I have no mobile data due to this reason and i am stuck on what to do. As there is no other way at the moment to even reach out to ee to sort it.
