brought phone from ee cannot find how to pay for it

got a phone with EE which I am paying of each month, use to be able to see what I had paid off on it but I cannot seem to find it can anyone tell me what I have to go into please? Thanks

Thanks for posting on the community 🙂

If you purchased the device using Flex Pay, you can see the remaining payments in the app. If you log into your EE app and select Manage > Billing > Flex Pay.

Hello I don't have the app on my phone I use a desk top computer I struggle to see things on the phone.

Calling EE is a nightmare takes so long to talk to someone

So can you please tell me how to find it on a computer please?

You don't need to use the app. Login to your EE a/c @ https://ee.co.uk .

I have allready said I do not have the app.

Once you have signed in where do you find it though
