Wrong plan and sim not delivered

Where is my refund

I recently upgraded, and paid the early upgrade fee , but then as that phone was not in stock , cancelled that upgrade, and reordered another . Thus been charged £209 odd 2x for the pleasure of doing so . and haven’t even got the new phone .

Out of contract charge

I thought my contract finished Jan 2023 but it was actually Jan 2022 so I’ve been paying for the cost of the phone when I only needed SIM only all this time.I assumed EE would just stop charging me the cost of the phone when you go out of contract?
