After paying for my plan for 1 and a half year wanted to add another phone but refused without being told any reason 

it sucks

Have you spoken to our Mobile Care team? If you have been refused an extra line, they will be able to explain the reason why for you.

Tbh i tried to ask them bit they said they can’t tell me the reason because they don’t know it
