Resolved! Payment

I’ve made a payment on my accounts but it’s not showing as paid . I processed the payment over 2 hours ago and it’s showing pending on my banking .

Trade

If I don’t want too trade in my phone do they just add the £12 too my monthly bill until contract ends

EE Bill issue

End of contract

My contract ends tomorrow. How can I guarantee it is continued? And how do I find out how much it is going to cost me?

Direct Debit

I finished my contract. Moved a pac code over and used it with a new provider. But forgot to cancel my direct debit with EE, so I have paid my old phone bill for this month. Can I recover this payment ?

Perks not applied

My ee perks 20% nit been applied and been charged full contract prices on 4 contracts ..customer service not helping ..been missed sold contracts for over a year ..should I go to the ombudsman
