New sim only deal but now two accounts?

Hello I am currently on a sim only plan. I have recently upgraded to another sim only plan but with  new number. It is showing I have two active accounts now. How do I transfer my number onto the new account and close the other?

Hi, I’m due for an upgrade as my contract runs out soon, but it’s telling me I’m not the account holder and I need to get in contact with them to upgrade, but I am the account holder? just want to sort it out before my contract ends.
