@Ros34 If you don’t know what that additional line is on your account you’ll have to speak with customer services about that. That additional line could be a tablet, smart watch or a 2nd SIM card.

@Ros34 - Was the unrecognised number listed in the My EE app only? Does the the same unrecognised number display in the EE web portal too?
