Suspended

Paid my bill. Phone still suspended 24h. Hanged on phone 3 times up to 40 min. No one answer!!! 

Fraud call and excessive charge

On 15 November at 11.29, I have been charged £6.73 for a 1 sec call to number 09015 450 260, which I would not deliberately have made. Has anyone else experienced this and is there any way I can recover the cost?
