Hello. So recently we have had a refund from Microsoft for u authorised third party extra charges. The refund has been processed by Microsoft and sent to ee via the original payment method which would be the number used. How do I see this refund? As EE have said they haven’t received the payment but it’s been well over 2 weeks now

@Twigz14 You need to contact Microsoft about this. The refund would have been placed back on your EE account and gone towards a future bill if the payment has been refunded.
