bill charged twice

Hello, I made the payment a month ago and it was charged twice on my Card, I contacted the Card bank and they said I would have to settle it with you, what should I do? how to contact you?

No, I always pay all the correct months, but when making the payment, the
monthly fee was deducted twice.
