I have a new Iphone 11. I can receive calls to my old number but can't make a call. It always says call failed. I did not get a sim with phone. Should I have.

Early upgrade adding student discount

Hi, I’m trying to upgrade my iPhone 12 mini early to the iPhone 13 pro. I have tried to add the student discount but it is increasing my upfront cost to 215 to over 400? Does anyone know why this is?

Somebody used my phone bill for online gambling

Hi wonder if any one can help me. I had a contract phone. And somebody used my phone for online gambling and it would just add on to my phone bill and now its been passed on to debt recovery as I couldn't pay it.
