How do I get a receipt from 2020?

I need to get a receipt for insurance purposes but the details no longer seem to be stored on the App/website. Does anybody know how I'd get a receipt for a phone I purchased in 2020 please? Can't get through to anybody in customer service 😭😭😭

I have tried to contact customer services on 150. I press 1 to speak to somebody. It says that a link will be sent. A link isn't sent. Instead it directs to online chat. I type in my message and receive no response.

How do I contact customer services please?

When calling 150 please don't select option one instead select option 2.
