Trying to get a new contact but it wants me to add a device indont have yett

Welcome to the community,

If you are not already a customer of EE and do not have a SIM card with EE, you need to log-out and then click on shop, you will not be asked for device or mobile number.

If you do not have a phone or sim only monthly contract with EE and are trying to buy an accessory online, then you will not be able to do so, but can go to a high street store to do so.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
