I was on the phone with one of your representatives and I there was a technical issue I paid an upfront cost of £30 and then I paid an additional £20. The representative said that he can see I paid it. But asked if I can do it again because of the system he said I would be refunded £10 but I haven’t received it and it been over a few weeks.
Hey there you will need to ring CS as they the only one with access to you’re account to be able to tell you what’s happening but I believe refunds can take upwards of 14 days
