Upgrade

I was offered a free upgrade but I keep on being sent to the register you EE accounts. I have one account, my mobile and that is already on there. I cannot get passed this page.

Wrong plan and sim not delivered

Where is my refund

I recently upgraded, and paid the early upgrade fee , but then as that phone was not in stock , cancelled that upgrade, and reordered another . Thus been charged £209 odd 2x for the pleasure of doing so . and haven’t even got the new phone .
