I’ve upgraded my contact early to a sim only contract over 24hrs ago however the new contract information (data, extras ect) is not showing on the app OR the website… do I need to wait for the data refresh date?

@mikeand-1 It should change over within a few hours. You should also receive a confirmation text/email about the upgrade. If you’ve not had this give customer services a call to make sure your upgrade went through.
