Shud of had a upgrade ages ago but didn't .gave been paying the same price 30 pound when I shudnt have .need to end my contract how do I go about it .

I upgraded my iPad but instead of upgrading my current iPad, ee went ahead and opened an additional line for me. Why would I want 3 lines? Why not just upgrade the iPad like I asked you to do. Nothing is clear. Nothing is simple.
