Laptop

Hi I have a sim only contract with ee and would like to add a laptop to my account, the ee app shows that I need to add another sim card with the laptop, is it possible to add a laptop to my account without a second sim?

I just paid my occurring balance with Apple Pay and I didn't receive any email that I have paid. My data is also not working at the moment but the money from my bank has been taken off. What should I do?
