I had recently done an upgrade on line which resulted in the next 2 weeks or more a nightmare! Firstly it was suppose to be an upgrade I was perfectly clear of this , instead you sent me a new IPhone 14 but as a second line ! Also I had problems straight away with the phone resulting in me returning phone. The latest bill you have charged me is totally far too much and you need to refund me when you sort out the problem you caused

@Mart52 As this is a public forum not customer services no one here knows who you are let alone have access to your account or even know what issues you’ve had.
Just to be clear you stated to use the device knowing it was a 2nd line ? You should have called customer services to have it sent back and then upgraded correctly. You don’t keep a 2nd line and use it if it wasn’t meant to be a 2nd line. So do you have 2 lines on your account or just one ? Did you actually upgrade or did you take out a 2nd line ? Taking out a 2nd line and not terminating the original line will result in two contracts that need to be paid. But as I said this isn’t customer services so one here can see you account to know why your bill is what it is.
