Please is it possible to reactivate a contract line that was cancelled only yesterday and start another SIM only deal with the same number

The line has been cancelled and it is off the network already. Can't call 150 as well as it says number not registered.

You would need to contact EE CS from another phone, on 0800 0798586
The strong likelihood is that once your number has been disconnected, it is no longer yours - but only CS can confirm for sure.
