Contracts

Have gone to a sim only deal but have realised I don’t have enough data . could EE change me to a larger data contract or do I have to stick with this until the contract ends

How long do returns take?

I sent a parcel back last week 27/08 and still haven’t heard anything , now I’m worried they haven’t received it and I’m going to start to be charged for something I don’t have. Has anyone one else ever returned via post and how long did it take ?
