I have several phones on my account but they have one of my children's phone as the lead number on my account. I have contacted them several times to change it but still no luck, any suggestions?

Resolved! Can I sign a new contract and keep my number?

Hi, my contract has ended and I am ok to upgrade. Instead of upgrading, Can I simply sign a new contract with EE and keep my number? It looks like new contract has better offer than upgrading at this time.
